The Bonne Santé plan strives to empower you to shape and cultivate a positive, long-term healthy lifestyle for yourself. Bonne Santé’s goal is to create behavior change that will last a lifetime. Our plan is completely customized, and our coaches work directly with you to set short- and long-term goals, to motivate, encourage and inspire you, to develop fitness plans that you can stick with, to offer realistic and reasonable nutrition advice, and to suggest meal plans and recipes that are delicious and healthy.
Widely available (and often conflicting) nutrition information and advice, combined with “rapid weight loss” diet plans developed by anyone on the internet with an interest in food and health, but not necessarily in-depth training, can make it difficult to find the best eating plan. It’s important to set yourself up for success with simple, effective, expert-backed nutrition.
The best meal plans adhere to scientifically proven guidelines that include a balance of macronutrients and good-for-you ingredients, the right amount of calories for your individual needs, moderation and variety.
While your short-term goal may be weight loss, continuing and/or maintaining that weight loss is about developing and maintaining health and behavior changes over the long haul. While our custom meal and fitness plans are road maps, they are not rulebooks. We recommend the 80/20 rule: we ask that you commit to giving your very best 80% of the time; a certain number of “cheat” days are acceptable.
