Package A - 1 Month:     $100

Full-service fitness, nutrition, behavior change 

Two face-to-face (in-person, online, phone) sessions (one hour each)

Weekly scheduled phone calls (20 minutes each)

Consistent motivational emails/texts

Expert Chat (phone, email, online) - your Health Coach will respond to any questions, concerns within 24 hours

 

 

Package B - 3 Months:     $250

Package A x 3 months

 

 

Package C - 6 Months:     $450

Package A x 6 months

 

 

A La Carte Services:

 

1/2 Hour Session (1-2 a la carte services):     $30

 

 

One-Hour Session (2-4 a la carte services):     $50
